The man is a comedic genius.
Some of his favorites include:
and, of course The Infamous JC Penney Catalog Post
While my favorite, hands down, is this:
Because I've had a similar experience and it was not nearly as amusing as he makes it sound.
But he is MOST brilliant at writing stories about his childhood. The Dangerous Book for Boys has nothing on Johnny Virgil. If he wrote a book like the Dangerous Book for Boys it would be titled something like, "Only Do This if You Want to Spend Your Formative Years in Juvie."
And he HAS written a book! He didn't title it "Only Do This if You Want to Spend Your Formative Years in Juvie" because he didn't consult me on the title first. But it's still good! So if any of you lot are interested, here's the amazon page where you may order it:
You can get it in print or on your Kindle. I've read it, and I laughed so hard at some of the chapters my dogs looked concerned for my sanity.
Much love,
Nessa
